Can’t stop coughing?

You really should check for mold.

Odor won’t go away?
Buying a foreclosure home?

Mold plays an important part in decomposition but we want it outside, not inside our homes or offices where we spend most of our time.  Not only can mold growth trigger health problems among sensitive individuals, it also causes building materials to deteriorate and can attract termites, ants and rodents into your home.

So if you think you might have a mold problem, give me a call and we'll discuss your concerns. As a Texas licensed Mold Assessment Consultant, I have partnered with over 1,000 homeowners, prospective home buyers and businesses in eliminating their mold concerns. Sometimes water damage and mold growth is obvious but often it can be hidden behind walls and ceilings and under floors. After working in mold inspection and the building industry for almost 10 years, I understand how buildings are constructed so I can identify where moisture or condensation issues have occurred that allow mold growth.

No Conflict of Interest

As a Licensed Mold Assessment Consultant I am separate from Mold Removal or Remediation companies so there is no conflict of interest. My job is to help you determine if there is a mold problem and to create a work plan for a remediation company or contractor to follow in order to remove the mold safely, completely and yet without going beyond what is necessary. My only interest is in helping you create a healthy environment, not appeasing a contractor, builder or anyone other than you.
